Can I sell by the glass, flight and bottle?+
Yes. Set up each pour as its own item (glass, flight, bottle) with its own price, and track bottle inventory if you want to.
Do you support wine clubs?+
Club members can check in and earn rewards on every visit, and you can text them releases and events. Recurring club shipments and billing aren't supported yet.
Can guests run a tab?+
Open tabs per table are in early access. Today you can ring up each round or at the end of the visit.
What does "match or beat your rate" mean?+
Send us a recent card processing statement. We'll review your effective rate and offer you a rate that matches or beats it. If we can't, we'll tell you upfront.
Do you offer flat-rate processing?+
Yes. Tired of rates that change with every card type? We can process your cards at one flat rate, so your fees are simple to predict. Ask for a quote, or let us compare it with your current statement.
What hardware do I need?+
An iPad for the register, and optionally a second iPad facing customers for the cart, tips and rewards. A barcode scanner and receipt printer are optional.
