This policy explains how smart-Ai POS (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through this website, and the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). How the smart-Ai POS app handles store and customer data is covered by the privacy policy inside the app.
Notice at collection
When you use this site or send us a request, we collect the categories of personal information below for the purposes listed. We do not sell personal information for money. If you allow advertising cookies, Google and other advertising partners may receive information about your visit to measure and personalize ads, which California law may treat as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can opt out at any time with Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information at the bottom of every page. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Directly from you (the forms on this site), automatically from your browser (cookies and similar technologies), and from the links you used to reach us.
How we use it
- To contact you about the demo or rate review you asked for, by the method you chose (call, text or email).
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To measure our marketing and, only with your permission, personalize our ads.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
Texts: by submitting a form you agree we may contact you about smart-Ai POS by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
Sale and sharing
In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information for money. If you turn on advertising cookies, identifiers and internet activity may be “shared” with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising cookies are off until you turn them on. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your California privacy rights
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why, and who we disclosed it to.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, with some legal exceptions.

To protect you, we verify requests by matching the phone number or email you gave us. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for your written permission and to verify your identity.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies make the site work and remember your choices. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) help us understand visits. Advertisingcookies measure and personalize ads; they're off unless you turn them on. Change your choices at any time:
